Shipping Policy

CARRIER/TIME: We ship via FEDEX Ground and it takes 5--7 days to receive your shipment depending on location. Please remember that it usually takes 24-72 hours to process your order before it is shipped.

We ship to all 48 continental United States. ( Including Canada) The orders leave from our warehouse in Florida.


Ground shipping is $5.95 per package any weight in the 48 states

2nd Day Air shipping is $17.50 per package up to 8lbs
Over 8lbs SHIPPING FEE will be calculated on weight by FEDEX Air Rate

3 Day Select shipping is $12.50 per package up to 8lbs
Over 8lbs SHIPPING FEE will be calculated on weight by FEDEX 3 DAY

Orders over $89.00 is free shipping.

ADDITIONAL FEE: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S.Territories are subject to an additional charge of $6.00.

EXPEDITE: We realize that the option for expedited shipping is very important especially during the holidays. You may request a package be sent Next Day by contacting customer service at

RECEIVING: Occasional FEDEX will decide whether to leave your package or not at your location if you are not home to receive it or they cannot find a secure place to leave it. They usually leave a notice with details including number of attempts and where to pick up your package...normally at your local FEDEX office/hub.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: Item shipped to the wrong or incorrect address:

*We will ship the Item(s) to the address, which is provided by the customer via our online order system.

*We will not reship an order, free of charge, If the customer has supplied us with an Incorrect address.

*If we make an error and ship the item(s) to an address, which is different than the address that was given by the customer, we will reship the order via FEDEX 2ND DAY at no additional charge to the customer.

*Package returned to us as undeliverable, refused, not picked up, In the event the customer decides they no longer want the undelivered Item(s) will be subjected to a refund, minus 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. When order ships you will receive a second email that will provide you with the shipping confirmation number(s) necessary to track your order.

Every item we offer reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If not satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, we will accept returns for refund(excluding shipping fees) If notified within 7 days of receipt of the Item. We will accept a return for exchange within 30days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the Item back in 10 days of notification of Intent to return. All returns must be in new condition, unworn, not washed, no tags removed and must be in sealable condition. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the Item. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES.


In order to protect our customers personal Information and stop credit card fraud, your billing address should be the same as your shipping address. If your billing address does not match your shipping address, we will HOLD your order and call you for verification. We may also, call Merchant Lines for further verification.
